Ten Haag, properly scratched by Ronaldo

Coach Ten Hach commented on Ronaldo's criticism.

"Eric Ten Hach expressed his position on Cristiano Ronaldo's recent remarks criticizing Manchester United's manager's mindset."

Last week, Ten Hach admitted that after a difficult start to the 2024/25 season, Manchester United felt they had a "long way to go" to win the Premier League. As soon as this comment was made, Ronaldo, a legend of Manchester United, insisted that Ten Hach's mindset would hold Manchester United back.
And now Ten Hag has responded to Ronaldo's comments, who was also his player. Ahead of this weekend's match against Southampton, Ten Hag said, "No, if you read the article carefully, I would have said so. Everyone has a right to have an opinion and a right to give his or her opinion. That's fine. He's in Saudi Arabia, far from Manchester."

Tenhach continued, "The noise from the outside doesn't affect me. I know where we are in the process, what we need to do, where we are going. I said before that we are still in the transition period. We have to integrate a lot of young players into the team, we still have to deal with injuries and bring players back to the team."

Asked if he was on the right track, Ten Hach replied, "We will know where we are next May. It's still early in the season, it's important to win trophies, we have to rank as high as possible in the league, and do our best to win every game. Then we will know where we are in the league in May."

Ronaldo later suggested that Ten Hach should not really know Manchester United and bring back legends from clubs like Rio Ferdinand, Roy Keane, and Sir Alex Ferguson to coach him. After leaving Manchester United for the second time in 2022, Ronaldo had very clearly expressed his negative feelings towards the former coach.

Ronaldo, who was playing for Manchester United at the time, told Coach Ten Hag in an interview with Piers Morgan, "I feel betrayed. I have no respect," and their relationship was at its worst.  동행복권파워볼

His comments ultimately forced Ronaldo to terminate his contract with Manchester United midway through the 2022/23 season, allowing him to move to Saudi professional league side Al-Nasr in the January transfer window.
